If you like to have a cocktail ever so often, leave your money at home if you are going to do your drinking in a casino. I am serious. Leave your purse, your billfold, and keep all cash, plastic credit and cheques back at the hotel. Only take only the money you anticipate to spend on beverages, tipping and only the pocket change you intend to burn and keep the remainder behind.
Cynical? Not really. Realistic more like. You can experience a success after a boozy night out with your acquaintances and be lucky enough to hook a marathon roll at a hot craps table. Don’t forget that account seeing that it is as short-lived as it gets if you continuously drink alcohol and bet. The two simply do not mix.
Leaving your moolah at home might be a bit drastic, but preventative measures for dramatic behavior is essential. If you play to profit, then do not drink and gamble. If you like to be wasteful with your $$$$ without a worry, then consume all the complimentary alcohol you can handle, but don’t pack plastic credit and checks to throw into the mix of going after squanderings after your hooched up self throws away all the cash!
Allow me to carry this 1 step further. do not drink alcohol and then hop on to the internet to bet in your favorite casino either. I enjoy a drink from the coziness of my abode, however seeing that I am linked up through Neteller, Firepay and keep credit cards in close proximity, I can not drink and wager.
What’s the reason? Even though I don’t drink a lot, once I drink, it is definitely enough to befuddle my better judgment. I bet, so I do not drink when betting. If you are a drinker, do not gamble at the same time. The two mix up for a decimating, and crazy, drink.
